Work

Selected projects, told without the buzzwords.

Our clients are mostly small, independent companies, and many prefer to keep their suppliers private. So we describe the problem and how we approached it, and share more on a call.

Direct-to-consumer tea brand

A packaging refresh for a growing range of loose-leaf teas, and a creative system that made the new tins work in the feed.

The challenge

The range had grown blend by blend, and each tin had been designed on its own. On a shelf they looked like five different companies, and in social ads the product was hard to recognise at thumbnail size.

Our approach

We built a packaging system instead of a set of labels: one structure, a colour per flavour family and a typographic grid that scales from a sample sachet to a gift box. The same system became a template for paid social, so every new blend launches with ready-made static and short video formats.

What we delivered

  • Packaging system for tins, pouches and sample sachets
  • Print-ready artwork and supplier specifications
  • Creative templates for Meta and TikTok
  • Monthly creative testing plan for the in-house team
  • Packaging
  • Art direction
  • Meta
  • TikTok
Search · Landing pages

Local bike rental

Restructuring search campaigns around how people actually plan a day out, from city tours to weekend trips.

The challenge

A family-run rental shop was spending on broad keywords and sending every click to the home page. Seasonal demand made budgets swing, and nobody had time to look at the account between spring and autumn.

Our approach

We rebuilt the search account around intent: guided tours, multi-day rentals, e-bikes and group bookings each got their own campaign, ad copy and simple landing page. Negative keyword lists and a seasonal budget calendar keep spend in line with opening hours and fleet size.

What we delivered

  • Search account audit and new campaign structure
  • Four focused landing pages, built with their web developer
  • Ad copy in two languages
  • Seasonal budget calendar and a short monthly report
  • Google Ads
  • Search
  • Landing pages
Identity · Packaging · Launch

Skincare startup

Naming support, visual identity and launch packaging for a small line of fragrance-free skincare.

The challenge

The founders had a formula, a supplier and a launch date, but no visual identity. They needed packaging that felt calm and clinical without looking like every other minimalist brand on the shelf.

Our approach

We ran a short strategy workshop, then developed an identity around a warm, tactile palette and a clear ingredient-first layout. Packaging was designed alongside the first set of launch creatives, so the ads and the product in hand told the same story.

What we delivered

  • Brand strategy and visual identity
  • Packaging for jar, dropper bottle and tube
  • Launch creatives for paid social
  • Brand guidelines for future product lines
  • Identity
  • Packaging
  • Launch creative
Identity refresh · LinkedIn

Boutique architecture practice

A quieter identity and a steady LinkedIn presence for a small practice that wanted to be found by the right clients.

The challenge

The practice relied on word of mouth and wanted to reach developers and private clients more deliberately. Their old logo and presentation templates no longer matched the quality of the work.

Our approach

We refined the identity rather than replacing it, then planned a modest LinkedIn programme: project stories, process posts and a small, carefully targeted paid budget aimed at decision-makers in their region.

What we delivered

  • Identity refresh and stationery
  • Presentation and portfolio templates
  • LinkedIn content plan and post templates
  • Targeted LinkedIn campaigns with quarterly reviews
  • Identity
  • LinkedIn
  • Content
